Use the WhatsApp links on Stellalith to discuss a personalized crystal grid or ask about a ready-made piece. A homepage enquiry can include your validated Sun sign and element, while a product-page enquiry includes that product's canonical link. Your birth date is not placed in the message.
The concierge conversation provides human guidance for your enquiry. It is not a checkout, payment request or guarantee that a specific natural stone can be duplicated.
Paid-order support
Begin from the record that identifies your transaction.
For an order paid through PayPal, the PayPal transaction record or Resolution Center provides a verified path for payment and transaction issues. It is not a general pre-sales customer-service channel.
If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is sent, raise the issue within 7 days after delivery. Keep the item and all original packaging, and include clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
