Terms for using Stellalith.
These terms describe browsing Stellalith and ordering a product when its page and WooCommerce checkout show an active purchase path.

Orders and payment
Checkout records the offer you accept.
Browsing a page or adding an item to the bag does not complete an order. An order is submitted through WooCommerce checkout using the payment method offered there. PayPal processes orders paid through PayPal under its own applicable terms.
The product price, availability, natural-variation notice and policy links shown before payment form part of the order information. If a product or destination has no working checkout path, Stellalith is not offering it for online purchase at that time.
Shipping and import charges
Worldwide free shipping has a specific duty boundary.
Stellalith offers worldwide free shipping for destinations accepted at checkout. Orders shipped to the United States use DDP: expected import duties and related charges are included in the finished price, and the buyer will not be asked to pay an import charge on arrival.
For destinations outside the United States, free shipping does not by itself mean local import duties, taxes, brokerage or handling charges are included. Stellalith does not publish one universal tax or duty treatment for those destinations.
Natural materials and returns
Representative images are not promises of an identical stone.
Natural crystals are inherently variable. Color, inclusions, clarity, shape, texture, dimensions and component count may differ from photographs. Stellalith will describe the intended composition, role, scale and natural color direction, while the finished piece remains one of a kind.
Each grid is made to order. Change of mind and expected natural differences are not accepted as reasons for a return or refund.
Damage or fulfillment error
Use the verified transaction path within 7 days after delivery.
If an order arrives damaged or Stellalith sends an incorrect item, raise the issue within 7 days after delivery through the official transaction-support path in the order or payment record. Keep the item and all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
For a PayPal-paid order, the PayPal transaction record or Resolution Center may be used for the transaction issue; it is not a general pre-sales support channel. These terms do not limit any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow Stellalith to exclude.
Energetic meaning
Metaphysical intention is expressed clearly without guaranteed outcomes.
Stellalith crystal grids may be designed for intentions including wealth, abundance, love, partnership, healing energy, wellbeing, protection, clarity and focus. These meanings belong to spiritual, metaphysical and traditional correspondence practices. They do not guarantee an objective result and do not diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition.

Stellalith names, original text, layouts, photographs and crystal-grid presentation are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may link to public pages and use the provided share controls, but you may not misrepresent Stellalith content as your own, remove rights notices, interfere with the site or use it for unlawful activity.
