Orders shipped to the United States use DDP: expected import duties and related charges are included in the finished price, so the buyer is not asked to pay an import charge on arrival. For destinations outside the United States, free shipping does not by itself mean that local import duties, taxes or handling charges are included; destination rules and any treatment stated in the order record apply.

We do not accept a return or refund for change of mind or for expected differences in natural color, inclusions, clarity, shape, texture, dimensions or component count.
